Tipici Siciliani Store is an authorized vendor of all the brands sold on this site. The access to the site, as well as the purchase of any article are activities that presume the reading, acquaintance and acceptance of the conditions reported on the pages published on this site, that is, Purchases, Shipments, Refunds.

The prices, products and conditions may be subject to changes, without a prior warning. Bar Burgio s.a.s. reserves the right to change or update the products offered on the site in any moment without prior warning. It is necessary or simply appropriate that the user periodically check this page to verify any change of Conditions, which would become bonding for the user, as soon as they are published on the site.

The offered products and relative prices are valid until they are visible and can be consulted on the site. The client should check the availability of the articles starting from the article description form for each article.

The client, by choosing the articles interested in, will include such products in the “cart”. A brief summary description of the selected products, including the measures or sizes, together with one or more photographs in digital format that allow an adequate representation of the products will be visible in the previous mentioned “cart”, in fact, the client must verify the exact contents of the “cart” before concluding the order. The chosen item will be paid simultaneously at the end of the purchase transaction. Tipici Siciliani Store accepts different payment methods such as: PayPal, bank transfer, credit card; the information regarding the client’s personal and financial data will be achieved directly and only by the bank entrusted with the payment transaction through secure electronic transaction (encrypted protocol) (Neither Tipici Siciliani Store or other individuals may have access) moreover, cash on delivery is provided for shipments in Italy: you’ll pay the amount of your order only in cash to the courier delivering your package. Nevertheless, Tipici Siciliani Store takes no responsibility or liability regarding the possibility due to a particular configuration o temporary malfunctioning of your own computer, smartphone or tablet. The images of the items are approximate; the colors of the photographed products or the characteristics displayed and described on the site, may be different from the originals.

To carry out a purchase order on this site you must:

The acceptance on the part of Tipici Siciliani Store of the order transmitted by the client, through data transmission, determines the conclusion of the contract, with this, Tipici Siciliani Store is committed to supply the ordered products to the client, respecting the terms and conditions provided for in these CONDITIONS, reserving the right to not carry out orders with regards to those individuals who do not provide sufficient guarantee of solvency or for any reason if the product ordered is unavailable, in this case the clients will be notified by email or by phone within a maximum time limit of seven days from the date the order has been received. In the event the ordered item is not available anymore, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refunding the amount paid.

Tipici Siciliani Store is available even by phone to give its clients any clarification or information independently from the type of product one is interested in.

 

SHIPMENT

Tipici Siciliani Store commits itself to deliver the merchandise in Italy.

Two types of deliveries are possible:

- by Express Courier (BRT): the delivery time may be quantified within 2/3 working days, the package is traceable on the courier’s website. Two delivery attempts will be performed and in the case of absence in both attempts, the package will be left at the courier’s warehouse to be collected.

- By Mail (Home Box delivery): the delivery time may be quantified within 2/3 working days, the package may be traced on Poste Italiane’s website in the “Servizi Postali” sector (Postal Services) in the area designated for “Privati” (Private citizens), selecting “Cerca Spedizione” (Search for shipment) and the type of shipment performed. In case of absence of the addressee, at the moment of delivery, the package will be left at the nearest post office to be collected.

The courier will be selected by Tipici Siciliani Store depending on the destination of the merchandise.

As soon as the payment is authorized or accredited on our bank account (depending on the payment method) and the articles are available, then the orders will be carried out in the shortest time possible.

The costs of shipment are the following:

- In Italy UE € 10,00.

 

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Tipici Siciliani Store will accept the return of the merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must inform us of his/her decision to return the article either by phone or email (0932 976066, postmaster@tipicisicilianistore.it) . In most cases, you have the possibility, for any reason, to return your purchase and receive a refund corresponding to the price of the rendered products.

It is not possible to change the purchased articles with other products. An article must be returned complete of all details, intact, without removing the price tag, because returned merchandise which is not in the same condition as was received will not be accepted and in that case will be considered worthless and unsellable, therefore worth zero.

The returned merchandise may be entrusted to a trusted courier or to any Italian Post Office by registered mail or ordinary package, it must NEVER be sent by normal mail or priority mail ( which do not provide for a receipt).

The receipt must be kept until the request to change or refund the merchandise has been received.

The charges for shipment, even for the return, are at the expense of the client and depend on rates charged by Poste Italiane or any other courier to which the returned merchandise was entrusted. The package containing the return must be delivered to our warehouses within 14 days from the date of shipment.

As soon as we receive your package, Tipici Siciliani Store will verify that all the conditions to perform the return have been followed and if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will proceed with your refund which will take place through deposit on your credit card, money transfer or PayPal, depending on the payment method you have used.
